Hello, my name is Stephanie, but everyone calls me Steph. I have been doing hair since 2005, and I offer one on one services to provide a fully customized experience. Though I spend most days focusing on lived in looks, I have a special place in my heart for big transformative services; bold blondes, extreme fashion colours, balancing out a colour gone wrong, or taking someone from short to long with a full head of extensions.
When I’m not in the salon you’ll find me crafting up a storm, snuggled on the couch with my two dogs and a book, or hanging out with my husband and step kids.
Although space is limited, I am currently accepting new clients (there may be a wait to get in), and I’m excited to start your hair journey!
Maykayla

Hi, I’m Maykayla! I’m so grateful to be building a career around what I love most — creating beautiful, natural looks through balayage, blonding, vivid colours and extensions. Helping clients feel confident and at their best is truly the highlight of my work.
I’m excited to be a part of the talented team at Element Hair Studio, where I can continue to grow, connect, and bring my clients’ dream hair to life.
When I’m not behind the chair, I spend most of my time with my partner Dwayne and my sweet pup, Nyla. They’re my biggest supporters and the heart of my world.
My goal is always to create a welcoming, relaxed space where every client feels cared for and leaves absolutely loving their look
